We do not keep your tracking info for more than 14 days if your parcel hasn’t arrived for like 12 days already please contact us ASAP.

All encrypted users shipping info is deleted immediately so please when you ask for a tracking resend us your shipping info again

Try to write your shipping info as precisely as possible we use label printers so we wouldn’t make mistakes
